Join Kidding Around Yoga With Nicholl at Riverfront Park in North Charleston for a beautiful morning of yoga that benefits a great cause! We will have an all-ages welcome family yoga class including songs, stories, games and fun yoga poses. There is no charge for the class, however, donations are appreciated. 100% of all donations will go to Birthdays for All.

Birthdays for All is a local non-profit organization that provides special birthday surprises for children in the foster care system. This is a wonderful local charity that brings light to the lives of local kids right here in the Charleston area. It is also an amazing opportunity to start a conversation with your children about how we as individuals can get involved in our local communities, lift each other up and volunteer our time to make the world a better place! You are never too young to make a lasting impact on the world around you.

We will gather at the picnic shelter near the playground beginning at 10am and the class with begin promptly at 10:30am. If weather allows, we will have class in the grass next to the picnic pavilion, but in the event of rain or heat, we will set up under the pavilion in the shade. I will have some spare yoga mats, however, I cannot guarantee there will be enough for everyone, so please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Beach towels also work great for yoga on the grass!

Dress comfortably in clothing that allows you to move and bring a water bottle. This class is open to all ages! That means ages 0-120! This is not a drop off class. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate, but may also stay and watch from the sidelines. If it is nice outside, we will likely stay for a picnic lunch and splash in the fountain afterwards, so if you would like to join us feel free to bring snacks, towels and a change of clothes. Let’s come together as a community to lift up local children who need a ray of sunshine in their lives.
